Irina Baazov is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat care), dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. With a strong foundation in family medicine and advanced training in ENT disorders, she brings a comprehensive and personalized approach to treating conditions that affect hearing, balance, allergies, sinus health, and voice.
Baazov works closely with ENT physicians and surgical teams to diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions including chronic sinusitis, ear infections, hearing loss, allergies, tonsillitis, sleep apnea, and thyroid disorders. With over 15 years of healthcare experience, she brings a holistic approach to her practice. Her clinical interests include patient education, preventive care, and improving quality of life through minimally invasive treatments and long-term management plans.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Missouri-St. Louis, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University, graduating with top honors. She pursued specialized training in ENT care, gaining valuable experience in both clinical and surgical settings. She is known for a warm, attentive bedside manner and a deep commitment to empowering patients through clear communication and shared decision-making.
Outside of clinical practice, Irina enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering through her local school district, traveling, baking, and dancing.
She is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to partnering with individuals and families to support their ENT health and overall well-being.
